Woohoo! Your enrollment is confirmed which means your kiddo is officially a Champion! We can’t wait to see them explore, laugh, and have a blast in our action-packed program. Be on the lookout for an email coming from your Champions site with specific information for your location, staff introductions, and everything you need to know for your child’s first day.

Schedule
If you’ve already set your schedule for your first week of care-great job. If you have not set your schedule, we recommend doing so to guarantee your child’s space. Confirming or customizing their schedule each week is how we keep the students in our program safe, staff our program, and make sure we have enough materials (and snacks!) for everyone in attendance.

Weekly Schedule
Please confirm or customize your schedule for the next week no later than Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. the week before (just before the stroke of midnight!). Scheduling changes can be made in your Family Portal. We’ll send you a reminder every Wednesday to make sure your child is scheduled for success.

Payment
Tuition is charged on Thursday for the following week, based on your schedule. If your child attends care that’s not scheduled online by the Wednesday prior, you’ll be charged a drop-in fee at a higher rate.
